With a diverse background spanning multiple industries and global experiences, Monica Ehman brings a unique blend of expertise, adaptability, and exceptional service to Your North Shore Neighbor. Her career includes 18 years as a flight attendant, work in the music and film industries, and seasonal roles such as baking at an exclusive ski resort and a luxury ranch, as well as catering at high-end venues. These experiences have shaped her commitment to top-tier service and seamless coordination.

During her three years managing the general store in Lutsen, Monica developed a deep connection to the North Shore community. As an avid outdoorswoman, she embraces the region’s natural beauty through paddle sports, cross-country skiing, and snowboarding. A seasoned traveler who has solo backpacked across Asia and volunteered at the Sochi 2014 Paralympic Games, she thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments where reliability and adaptability are key.
